My husband and I had been looking for a home on an off for a few years. We had been through about 5 brokers, all suffering from what I dubbed “Human Lockbox Syndrome”. This is where we (aka the clients) do all the research and come up with all of the listings we liked. The realtor just basically opened the home to show, but offered no leadership or direction. Sunny is calm and relaxed but extremely focused and diligent. Many times he put us at ease with a simple pep talk, all while pushing us to always move forward and not get disheartened. He proved to be a master negotiator and we felt confident with him handling our offers and navigating the murky waters of escrow. Every vendor he referred to us in the process was competent, reliable and a pleasure to work with. This is not to be underestimated when going through the stress of getting into a house. He really goes the extra mile, from pre-screening every home to hanging around after showings and really listening to our thoughts on each house.

Sunny has an excellent assistant, Diana, who really held our hand through this whole process. We felt extremely comfortable going to showings with just her and she amazingly coordinated our short 30-day escrow flawlessly.
